Welcome back to my mod spotlight series for Fallout 4.The purpose of PLCE is to hold everything a soldier needs to operate. Associated with PLCE webbing is a series of other similar load carrying equipment and rucksacks. The webbing consists of a belt, yoke (shoulder harness) and a number of pouches. Personal Load Carrying Equipment (PLCE) is the current tactical webbing system of the British Army.The environment suit may be repaired using radiation suits and advanced radiation suits, though repairing it only affects the suit's. When equipped, its effects are an added +30 Radiation Resistance and +5 to the Medicine skill (up to a maximum of 100). The environment suit is a special medical radiation suit designed by Moira Brown to withstand the harsh environment of the Capital Wasteland.
